T & C’s for the Bokeh 2018 South African International Creative Make-up Competition

THEME: “TIM BURTON – INSPIRED”

 

This competition is open to humans who create.

 

All Submissions must be received by the 26thof August 2018.

You are required to submit 3 – 5 images of previous creative work.

We’d also like a short bio about yourselves (one paragraph!)

20 Finalists will be chosen and announced on the 28th of August 2018 by Multi Award Winning, Internationally renowned Make Up Artist, Einat Dan

 

ALLOWED IN THE CONTEST:

The focus is on the face, please ensure there is no more than 50% of the body painted.

 

You may use 20% special affects.

 

Crystal stones may be glued on the body.

 

Artist is to bring their own model.

 

Model may arrive with hair already preparred.

 

IMPORTANT!

The emphasis is on CREATIVE MAKE UP.

 

Accreditation will be at the announced Venue on Friday the 21st of September 2018, between 12 and 1pm. Work Stations will be allocated on a first come first serve basis at registration.

 

Make up to be applied on 22nd of September 2018 from 1pm to 4pm at the Venue.

 

Models to be Judged and Photographed at the Venue from 4pm -5:30pm.

Models and Artists to have dinner from 5:30pm to 6pm at the Venue.

 

Models to be shown on the Red Carpet from 7pm to 8pm

Winners announced at the Gala Event from 8pm -830pm.

 

Results:

The Judges’ decisions are final.

The head Judge at the event will be Einat Dan

The full Judging Panel will be announced on Social Media in September 2018.

Models are to be photographed and filmed on a styled set by Tegolin Markham – the imagery and video to be used by Bokeh for promotional purposes. All imagery and video content, remains the Property of Bokeh and may be used for all promotional visuals.
